Lead Times Terms and Conditions
At Fastexhibit, we prioritize prompt delivery alongside cost and quality. Our goal is to produce and ship your trade show displays and custom products as efficiently as possible. To achieve this, most standard orders are split-shipped:
- Frames: Shipped immediately via standard shipping or courier once artwork is approved.
- Prints: Shipped via express services after production is complete.
Shipping Methods
We offer three shipping options, selected based on order requirements to ensure timely delivery after artwork approval:
- Air Freight: 7-15 days
- Sea Freight: 15-25 days
- Courier (DHL or FedEx): within 7 days
Artwork Proof & Production Timeline
Production and delivery times for custom graphic orders depend on artwork proof approval:
- Proofs are sent within 1 business day of artwork submission.
- Approval cutoff for production to start the next business day is 12 PM PT.
For example: If artwork is submitted at 10 AM on Monday, proofs should arrive by 10 AM Tuesday. Artwork must be approved by 12 PM Tuesday for production to start Wednesday. Approvals after 12 PM PT will start production Thursday.
Failure to respond to the proof approval email by the deadline may incur rush service fees or delay the delivery date.
Carrier Responsibility
Fastexhibit is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers. Once items are shipped, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Orders containing printed graphics or custom-built frames are not eligible for return or exchange.
